О себе

Hello, I am Amelie. I am a highly organized and proficient French/English language tutor having a Bachelor degree in Languages (diploma obtained in 2007, Georgia) and Master’s degree in International Business (obtained in UK 2013 and in France 2014). I am currently a student at Sorbonne University, working on the thesis related to Russia.

I possess over 9 years of experience as a language tutor and teacher. I conduct both one-on-one and group tutoring lessons focusing on reading, writing and speaking. Thanks to my studies abroad I also impart knowledge on French/British/American cultural norms and practices as an integral part of my lessons.

I was always fond of teaching and preferred to work with children during my studies. I am able to motivate my students and make them love languages, literature, art. My classes are based on different materials: songs, videos, grammar exercises, texts and are always varied. Speaking in 4 languages, I perfectly know the difficulties of language learning process and always trying to overcome these issues with interesting and carefully chosen materials.

Besides, I have a working experience in different fields, as my CV shows, I successfully carried out 2 internships at international companies Burobox (Layout Company) and GEFCO(transport and Logistics) in Paris, in these areas: translating technical materials, telephoning/mailing prospection of clients (customer telemarketing), contract terms negotiations.
