I am a native English speaker born and raised in the Republic of Ireland. I moved to the United States when I was 20 years of age and have lived and studied there for most of my adult life thus far. Having spent most of my career working for architects in the U.S. and England, I have in the last four years turned my hand to teaching English as a second language. As soon as I had earned a basic TEFL training certificate in Ireland, I traveled to the Republic of Georgia in 2012 to teach. I have taught students in the capital, Tbilisi, for over three and a half years now and have taught students of all ages and all language competency levels, have taught business as well as general English and also have prepared students for IELTS and TOEFL exams. I have taken great satisfaction in the progress I have made with my students and am looking forward to continuing on to new teaching challenges with the same enthusiasm in Moscow.
